- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar and cornstarch, then add lime zest, lime juice, and eggs until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
