  • 1 cup White Rum Essential spirit for the cocktail
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Rum Adds tropical essence
  • 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk Delivers creamy texture

  • 2 cups Sparkling Water Creates refreshing effervescence
Garnish
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Arils Adds pop of color and tartness

Method
 

Mojito Preparation
  1. In a large pitcher, combine mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice. Muddle gently for about 30 seconds until fragrant and the sugar dissolves.
  2. Fill four tall glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine white rum, coconut rum, and canned coconut milk. Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Pour the coconut rum mixture into each glass over the ice until three-quarters full.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling water, aiming for about a quarter of the glass.
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves and pomegranate arils.
