Mojito Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice. Muddle gently for about 30 seconds until fragrant and the sugar dissolves.
- Fill four tall glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine white rum, coconut rum, and canned coconut milk. Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Pour the coconut rum mixture into each glass over the ice until three-quarters full.
- Top each glass with sparkling water, aiming for about a quarter of the glass.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and pomegranate arils.
