Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti by bringing a large pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the diced sirloin or ribeye steak with Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Sear the beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, then cream cheese, stirring until melted. Gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy and bubbly.
- Add the drained spaghetti and seared beef back into the skillet, tossing everything together for 2-3 minutes on low heat to coat in the sauce.
- Plate the dish, garnish with parsley and extra Cajun seasoning if desired. Enjoy hot.

Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt. Adjust seasoning to suit preference. Add milk when reheating to maintain creaminess.
