  4. While the potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with onion powder and garlic powder, and cook for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a creamy burger sauce. Stir until well blended.
  6. To assemble, start with a base of shredded lettuce in each bowl, layer on crispy roasted potatoes, followed by browned ground beef. Drizzle with burger sauce and add toppings as desired.
