Preparation Steps

  2. Shape the mixture into sticks, roughly 3 inches long, and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each stick in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs. Ensure all sticks are well-coated.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat to around 350°F.
  6. Fry the sticks in batches for 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
