  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil Canola or peanut oil works well.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • to taste tablespoon Sriracha Adjust according to heat preference.
For Assembling the Sliders
  • 4 Slider buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce Add fresh toppings as desired.
  • 1 medium Tomato Add fresh toppings as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into slider-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece in cornstarch evenly.

  4. Fry chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing chicken on buns, adding sauce and toppings.
  7. Serve sliders immediately with preferred side dishes.
