  • 1 cup Milk Almond, oat, soy, or regular milk based on preference.
  • 1 large Banana Overripe bananas work best.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can replace with coconut yogurt or omit.
For Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff Spread For a nutty twist, substitute with almond or peanut butter.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds Can substitute with ground flaxseeds.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup or agave nectar can be alternatives.

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana. Add Greek yogurt and chia seeds if using. Mix thoroughly until combined and creamy.
  2. Gently swirl in the Biscoff spread, folding it into the mixture to create a swirl pattern.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or glass container, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and adjust consistency with additional milk if needed. Top with banana slices and crushed Biscoff cookies before serving.
