- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish.
- Wash and dry the pears, halve and core them, and place cut-side up in the dish.
- Dot each pear half with pieces of butter.
- Roast the pears in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries and honey over medium heat to create a compote.
- Spoon melted goat cheese into each pear half.
- Top the filled pears with cranberry compote and drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving warm or chilled.
