Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish.
  2. Wash and dry the pears, halve and core them, and place cut-side up in the dish.
  3. Dot each pear half with pieces of butter.
  4. Roast the pears in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
  5. In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries and honey over medium heat to create a compote.
  6. Spoon melted goat cheese into each pear half.
  7. Top the filled pears with cranberry compote and drizzle with honey.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving warm or chilled.
