- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Take a tortilla, scoop 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil or cooking spray. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for dipping.
