  • 12 cubes Brie Cheese Cut into equal cubes; rind can be left on.
  • ½ teaspoon Cranberry Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.

  • ¼ cup Candied Pecans Optional for added crunch.
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs For garnish and flavor.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured countertop and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Press each square into the greased muffin tin, forming a shell.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  5. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over each brie piece.
  6. If using, sprinkle candied pecans on top of each filled pastry.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with rosemary before serving.
