  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed

  • 0.25 cups maple syrup or agave nectar

  • 2 apples a mix of sweet and tart varieties
  • 1 orange sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a tall pitcher, pour together apple cider, lemonade, and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Slice the apples and orange into thin rounds and add to the pitcher.

  4. Add fresh rosemary and stir lightly to release its aroma.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  6. Just before serving, add sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
  7. Serve in clear glasses over ice, garnished with additional fruit slices and sprigs of rosemary.
