Step-by-Step Instructions for Asian-Style Ground Beef Spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
- Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up and cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked spaghetti into the skillet with sauce, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Remove from heat, drizzle sesame oil, toss, and serve warm topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
