Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt, stirring until you have a sticky yet manageable dough.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and gently knead for about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the soft dough into two equal portions and roll each into a log roughly 1-inch thick.
  4. Cut the logs into pieces about 8-12g each and roll into smooth balls.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Brush the basket with oil and dip each ball in melted butter.
  6. Place the coated balls in the basket, leaving space between them, and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush the warm bites with more melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Serve warm, optionally using melted chocolate for dipping.
